Refund & Billing Policy

Scope
This policy explains how subscriptions, renewals, charges, taxes, and refunds work for Small Pics LLC. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Small Pics is a business-to-business (B2B) service and is not offered to consumers. All billing is securely handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
Pricing and currency
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
- If we change pricing, you will receive at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal. You may continue at the updated price or cancel before the renewal date.
Billing cycles and renewals
- Plans start when you activate a paid subscription and renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually).
- If a renewal date does not exist in a given month, renewal occurs on the last day of that month.
- Missed or failed payments may result in suspension until payment is completed.
Automatic charges and usage
You authorize Small Pics and Paddle to charge your saved payment method for subscription fees and any usage beyond plan limits as shown on our pricing page or in your dashboard.
Taxes
Taxes may be applied based on your billing location. If you provide a valid VAT ID, reverse charge may apply where legally permitted.
Refund policy
- We offer a one-time 14-day refund guarantee for your first subscription payment only. If you are not satisfied, email getsmallpics@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase.
- Renewals are not refundable. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid future charges.
- All refunds are processed through Paddle and are subject to their final approval. Refunds may be declined if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
Cancellations
You may cancel at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. Access continues until then.
Disputes and chargebacks
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact getsmallpics@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback.
- Filing a chargeback first may delay resolution and evidence will be submitted to contest invalid disputes.
